Just a heads up, the service this morning at this location was terrible. The two employees at the checkout were more interested in their Spanish lesson than being helpful. Also, just because a person looks white doesn’t mean they don’t speak Spanish, and the comments being made were completely unprofessional and sounded like children on the playground after learning their first curse words. Second, I wanted to place an order for insulation so they referred me to the “special order guy” at the other counter. What a delight he was. I approached and told him the others had said he was the special order guy, and he rudely responded, “Oh No”, as if his day had been ruined. This guy could not have cared less to help me, and either has no clue what he’s doing, or lacks the ability to interact with people, and shouldn’t be in this role. I left without placing an order and will find what I want somewhere else. So disheartening to have a business in our community that treats customers like this.

Terrible communication on delivery scheduling... having to repeatedly call for updates and being placed on hold for over 8 mins was terrible... this Liberty Hill location is no better than the big box stores... ended up canceling due to continued delays and the inability to communicate/commit to a delivery time...

Good stuff, good prices. I kept a star becasue they are rude and short tempered, but I still shop here.
